I build ring, infirmary, warfare centre then power initially. Strategy wise on commander I go with firepower before armour tech wise as I don't often get hit very much. Lost Reaper just when she'd got good this playthrough which was annoying. I don't do Ironman as I find its still a little glitchy but barely ever save myself an accept losses if they happen. I admit I play with a slightly increased timer mod but don't usually need it. Ive never bothered playing on ledgendary but figure I might give it a go.
